Christina Fata was the best real estate agent anyone could ask for. Not only did Christina exhibit excellent understanding of the Saint Petersburg market, she also was an excellent negotiator and did a fantastic job simplifying things for me to more easily comprehend. Even after closing, she has been a vital part of helping me get adjusted to homeownership and has made this process as a first time home buyer seamless and enjoyable. For any hiccup that has come along the way, Christina has had a solution. I would and have recommended Christina to anyone looking to purchase a home. Great experience. Working with Noah was the best experience I have had so far with an agent. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local customer base and worked extremely hard to get our home sold even when we didn’t think there was much of a market. He was great to work with and he will definitely be the first agent we call when the need arises again.
